TONOYAN AI is an independent analytics service and is not an official Wildberries application, representative or partner unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
2. Seller authorization
Users must have authority to connect each seller account and must use approved official API credentials with the minimum required scopes. Credentials may not be shared with unauthorized persons.
2A. Account eligibility and security
A self-attestation that a user is at least 16 years old is not age, identity, or legal-capacity proof. Sensitive services can require separately disclosed age or identity assurance, fresh multi-factor verification, marketplace ownership, or service entitlement.
Before email verification, an account is limited to security and verification functions and has no workspace, product, paid, marketplace, or AI access. Eligibility is assessed server-side and is not a promise that access will be granted.
Users must protect their password, passkeys, and recovery codes and report suspected compromise promptly. Email verification and password-recovery links are not multi-factor authentication.
3. Analytics, not guaranteed financial results
Calculations and recommendations depend on imported data, seller costs and configuration. They are decision-support outputs, not a guarantee of profit, accounting advice, tax advice or legal advice.
4. Safe-action boundary
The release candidate is read-only for consequential Wildberries actions. Price, advertising, catalog, inventory and supply changes are not executed automatically.
5. Subscriptions
Starter, Pro, Business and Agency plans define store, member and feature limits. Production prices, billing provider, renewal, cancellation, taxes and refund rules must be finalized before public sale. The local release candidate does not create real charges.
6. Availability and changes
Maintenance, official API changes and third-party outages may affect availability. Mobile executable updates are distributed only through approved application stores; no silent executable self-update is permitted.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security, non-payment, abuse, unlawful use or violation of platform rules. Users can initiate account deletion through the application or public deletion page.
8. Final legal fields
Governing law, legal entity, address, dispute process, liability cap and statutory consumer terms remain external legal-review blockers.
